Meet the Farmers

OUR STORY

Hi there! My name is Sarah and this is my husband Kyle, we are the owners of Wild Fern Acres. We bought our little farm in 2019 and started raising chickens, growing flowers and a vegetable garden. We enjoyed canning, learning about raising livestock, and have now added honeybees to our farm. We have enjoyed sharing our harvests with family and friends and after several years of encouragement we are making the leap to offering our harvests to you. The produce is grown on our property and flowers are hand selected for each bouquet we create. Who doesn't love homegrown? We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you!

Our Farm

We believe in creating sustainability and creating a well-rounded farm that provides for us and our community

Fertilize

We compost our vegetable scraps by giving them to our worm farm, which provides us with fertilizer for the vegetable garden. What we don't give to our worms we feed to our chickens who also provide compostable fertilizer for the flowers and veggies. We are trying to create a self sustaining cycle on the farm.

Pollinate

We love our pollinators! With our bees and copious hummingbirds we enjoy on the property our goal is to better pollinate our produce and blooms to provide you with the best of the best from our farm.

Compost

We don't let anything go to waste! Composting our scraps creates beautiful soil for us to regenerate our garden year after year. We are focused on self-sustainability and self-sufficiency on the farm
